Quality, Care & Repairs:
Mini Mara pieces are produced in small batches using a combination of 3D printed components and hand-painted finishes, and are carefully inspected prior to shipment. Verified manufacturing defects and transit-related damage reported within 48 hours of delivery are eligible for assessment.
A one-time care repair is offered within 30 days of delivery for minor chips or surface-level scratches.
Repairs requested beyond this 30-day care window may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to assessment of the damage.
As sculptural objects with hand-finished surfaces, Mini Mara pieces should be handled with care. Subtle signs of wear over time are considered part of the object’s natural life and use.
Do not wash or submerge, gently spot clean with a damp cloth when needed. Keep away from harsh chemicals.
