Shipping Policy
We offer worldwide shipping from Toronto, Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your region.
Processing Times
Most items ship within 2–3 business days. Items marked Made to Order require additional production time, stated on each product page.
Delivery
Once shipped, delivery timelines depend on your location and chosen service. International orders may experience delays due to customs processing.
- Canada: 2–8 business days
- United States: 3–10 business days
- Europe & UK: 5–20 business days
- Asia (China, Japan, South Korea, etc.): 7–25 business days
- Australia & Oceania: 7–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–30 business days
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, VAT, and local taxes may apply depending on your country. These fees are determined by your local customs agency and are not included at checkout, and are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your country’s import policies before finalizing your order.
Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Automara piece. If you need to request a return or exchange, please review the policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a full return, the item must be:
- In new, unused condition
- In its original packaging
- With all tags/cards included
Returns may not be accepted if:
- The item shows signs of wear or damage
- The item was purchased as final sale
- The item was purchased from a promotional section
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Made-to-Order items once production has begun (unless defective)
Shipping Costs, Customs & Import Taxes on Returns
Original shipping fees, duties and/or taxes paid on an order are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
For customer-initiated returns (wrong size, incorrect selection, change of mind):
- The customer is responsible for all import duties or taxes required to ship the item back to Canada.
- All customs fees must be pre-paid to ensure the parcel clears customs.
- Packages sent with unpaid customs fees may be refused and returned to the sender.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
